I/we acknowledge the following *

1. I/we have reviewed the particulars and conditions of the Auction Agreement and have had an opportunity to take independent legal advice and any other advice in relation to the proposed purchase of the property.
2. I/we have noted that we can access and download to read a copy of the New Zealand Residential Property Sale and Purchase Agreement Guide at the top of this form.
3. If bidding by phone, I/we authorise you to bid on my/our behalf at the auction in accordance with instructions to be given to you prior to the auction or by telephone during the auction.
4.0 If we are the successful purchasers of this property at the Auction ......
4.1 I/we authorise the Auctioneer to sign the memorandum recording the sale on completion of the Auction (if we are not present at the auction, or have not arranged an alternative person, i.e., telephone bidding), which I/we acknowledge will bind me/us as if we had personally signed.
4.2 I/we will pay the deposit payable on a successful bid immediately on conclusion of the auction or within one working day.
4.3 I/we hereby indemnify you, the Auctioneer and Harcourts JK Realty Ltd from any personal liability in any manner or form arising from your role in bidding at auction on my/our behalf.
5.0 I acknowledge that I have received, reviewed, and understand the property documents & disclosures, including the title, LIM report, and auction terms. I accept all disclosed information and am satisfied with my due diligence
